Cancellations are only allowed if the order has not yet been shipped. Our stock is limited, so please place orders carefully.
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, email us at aureviastore@gmail.com and we will assist you.
Important Notes:
- If a package is returned to us, you must pay shipping again to receive it.
- Kashout Collect is not responsible for incorrect addresses entered by customers.
- No refunds or replacements will be made if the address provided is incorrect.

Kashout Collect is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.
Customers must follow up with their local post office and customs if a package is delayed or held.
- If a package is returned because the customer failed to pick it up or resolve delivery issues, no refund will be issued.
- If we receive the package back, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipping, but you must pay for shipping again. If you choose not to, no refund will be issued.
- If the package is not returned to us, no refund will be given.
- Kashout Collect is not liable for lost or returned packages due to customer error.
